Major components of strip packing machine
- Feeding system

Feeding : Product is fed into hopper and further from there it is guided into the bowl mounted on vibrator. The track guides the product and then further evenly distributes it into the chute. The speed of feeding is controlled by vibrator. The product from chute is then released between the foils being drawn by sealing rollers.
Sealing Station : A set of roller is heated by heaters & thereafter it draws the laminated foil from foil holding assembly. Adequate pressure is applied on the sealing rollers which thereafter seal the 2 laminates. At this stage the product released from the chute into the space between the foil gets sandwiched and thus gets sealed.
Batch coding unit : The batch coding unit prints batch no, manufacturing date expiry date etc. on the left hand side foil before the foil is drawn by the roller.
Cutting station : The sealed strip further passes through the slitter shaft. The shaft thus cuts the strip vertically. The vertically cut strips thereafter passes through cam operated cutter. This cutter further cuts the strip horizontally. This operation thus completes 1 stroke of strip packing machine.
